Patch Notes

Key Differences from Other Servers

This patch is designed to preserve the classic Emil Chronicle Online experience while increasing challenge and long-term player engagement. The key details are as follows:

  1. Maximum Character Level
The maximum level will be 99 or 110 (to be reviewed again at the official launch).
At this stage, Chronicle classes will not be available to maintain game balance and a classic gameplay approach.
  2. DEM System
During this phase, certain DEM-related items will not be available for sale, including:
    • Chronicle class skill chips
    • Circuit Boards (Face A and Face B)
    • Limitation Chip 3-3 (highest-tier Green Chip)
This is to keep DEM character progression and power at an appropriate level.
  3. In-Game Economy
The exchange of Jewel Money Gold into in-game currency will be permanently disabled to reduce inflation and maintain long-term economic stability.
  4. Maps and Dungeons Availability
The following maps and dungeons will not be available at this time:
    • Carmine
    • Oracle
    • Ancient Arc Dungeons
    • All Dimensional Dungeons
This is to control player progression and ensure a well-paced content release over time.
  5. Knight Training System
The Knight Training system has been adjusted so that Possession is disabled. This reduces power gaps and prevents certain players from gaining excessive advantages.
  6. Stamp Collection System
    • 100 stamps: Random chance to receive a 100% boost
    • 108 / 110 stamps: Players can select a boost directly
    • 10 stamps: Boosts can still be obtained randomly
These changes make stamp collection more meaningful and worthwhile for the time invested.
  7. Fishing System
Reward exchanges will require more points to increase the value of time spent fishing and to prevent rewards from being obtained too easily.
  8. NC Shop System
The method of obtaining points may be adjusted. Previously, points could be earned simply by keeping characters online (AFK), which resulted in players running a large number of characters simultaneously (around 40–50 clients).
This adjustment aims to create a fairer and more balanced system for all players.
  9. Partner System
The Partner system has been rebalanced (nerfed) as follows:
    • Partners cannot become Chronicle
    • Powerful attack skills are not available for sale at this stage
    • Support-type skills remain available
    • Additional balance adjustments have been applied
The goal is to reduce excessive reliance on Partners and encourage gameplay focused on the player’s main character.
  10. Quest System
Quest rewards have been increased to make questing more rewarding and a viable alternative for character progression.
  11. Anti-Bot and Anti-Cheat System
The server is equipped with anti-cheat systems to maintain fair gameplay.
However, the use of bots is permitted as long as it does not disrupt other players or negatively impact the game environment.
If a player is disconnected or banned unintentionally, please contact the staff team for review.
Before disconnection, a system message will always be displayed to inform the player of the reason.

All of these adjustments aim to:
